I had a major situation that was going to put me in thousands of dollars of debt with one company. After explaining the situation to southern plumbing, and telling them what the other company was telling me, they assured me they were able to complete the job at a much better price (and they did). The quality of service was incredible. They got the job done a day earlier than planned! They were mindful of the landscaping! Pushed back the gravel layer before digging, removed my in-ground plants that were in the way, and planted them back when finished, laid grass seed over the small patch of grass that was torn up etc. They communicated well, and showed me what exactly they were doing so I wasn’t in the dark with my own plumbing system.
