My furnace failed me - the new furnace installation was very professional, the young men that showed up are the kind of young men that you would like your daughters to meet. I very much appreciated the office staff, service personnel, and the company management. I appreciated the honest effort to repair my furnace (vary reasonable diagnistic cost). They found issues rhar they repaired, but my 26 year old Trane furnace was done. Why SOHAC, folks, about 5-6 years ago, I was getting the "run around" from other companies in the valley - but these guys repaired my furnace, without BS. Now six years later, I needed a new unit and they just finished installing it. The price was fair and my experience was excellent.
