  I can’t say enough good things about this experience. When our boiler went out over the holidays and no one else could help, Southern Maine Mechanical came through. They were prompt, polite, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, which made a stressful situation so much easier.

They even came in on a holiday to get the work done, worked cleanly and efficiently, and charged a very fair price. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and professional, especially during the busiest time of year. I’m extremely grateful and would recommend Southern Maine Mechanical without hesitation.

  James Kuntz if Southern Maine Mechanical was extremely professional from start to finish in the installation of our heat pump system. It has been extremely reliable and was our only heat source during this winter - even during the record low temperatures we experienced. That was after it got us through a summer of record high temps meeting all of our air conditioning needs. I do not hesitate to recommend Southern Maine Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs !

  Called Southern Maine with a faulty residential boiler. James responded quickly and professionally, diagnosed the problem and did everything necessary to replace and install a new boiler. When additional problems emerged he made extra trips to order parts and quickly got everything working.
