Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. In 2020 they installed a new A/C unit in the condo near the salt air and water. Air is not cooling like it should and had new company come out. Technician says there is no refrigerant in it and finds the leak on the filter drier. He says this filter drier is not supposed to be outside. It was the end of the day so we get quote for 1800 dollars to replace filter drier and replace freon. Technician leaves and I go back inside to look at air handler and notice that there is a filter drier on the inside. So bottom line is this company left the old filter drier on the outside instead of cutting it out and repairing copper line like it should. Knowing that the old filter drier would probably start leaking in the near future with exposure to the salt air. I called Southeastern up to explain what they did and if there was any recourse and they said no. I go out and look at all the ACs that southeastern installed by finding their stickers and all of the filter driers are on the outside. I look at the other companies and none of them have the filter driers on the outside. This is either done by design because they know there is going to be a service call in the near future or incompetence. Attaching photos of corroded outside drier, plus the inside one and other units that do not have them on the outside from other company installs The other image with a filter drier on the outside is an install from Southeastern and all the other images without were installed by another company.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and the Southeastern team is the best hands down. This is a company that stands by their work and the products they provide. Recently an issues was discovered on my unit that was replaced recently. The team diagnosed the issue which was a manufacturer defect, ensured I had temporary heat and then replaced the defective part and got me up and running again. No hassles, no negotiating, they stand by their products and workmanship is top notch! Thank you!

I had a service call yesterday and Shane came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and was happy to walk me through some of the things he was noticing on my system so I understood the benefits of certain maintenance and replacement needs. After having multiple other companies out over the last year this was one I trust and have been the happiest with. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. When they initially came to install the mini split they ran the lines crooked down the side of the building and it looked so bad my HOA even sent me a letter. When I saw it I called them and they had to send another team out to redo all of the work. Also when they attached the unit the the ceiling above they had ripped down a bunch of debri and left it for me to clean up. Then they told me it was done and that they would be back after I drywalled in my condo. So I drywall in my unit and get them to come back out. They go to pressurize the line (which should of been pressure tested before the drywall was installed) and the system is leaking. They had to cut four large holes in my ceiling in order to find the leak. After talking with one of the workers he explained the reason for the leak was because the employee who was working on it before was lazy and used a line connector instead of soldering It like he should of. They finally got the unit working and the next day I come in and the floor is soaked. They came back out and the reason for the water everywhere was condensation where they hadn’t insulated the line all the way to the unit. Another big issue is it was supposed to be a flush mounted unit but there is a half inch gap all the way around because they couldn’t figure it out. I told them it was fine because I was just happy to get them out of my condo. Furthermore a 149 dollar dewalt battery went missing while there employees where the only ones in my home. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

I've used Southeastern Heating and Air for eight years so am very familiar with their consistently excellent service and support staff. I'm happy to say they are continuing this tradition with their new technician, Shane. He came out this morning to answer an emergency call and I was immediately impressed with him. Polite (he offered to take off his work boots), knowledgeable (he quickly identified three possible causes of my problem), a wonderful communicator (succinct and understandable explanation of the problem and solution) and an all around nice guy who didn't seem to mind me asking questions. It is always stressful to have problems with items like AC's, cars, and appliances. The only thing that helps is knowing there's someone you can rely on to help you. I'm so happy Shane has joined Allen as another amazing technician I can call when something goes wrong.
