  Ryan came out to my property at a moment's notice, after hours, and provided supremely incredible service! He walked me through some issues that I was having getting my thermostat to power on and I actually learned quite a bit from him. He was quick and very helpful with helping me to reinstall my thermostat the correct way and he even helped us to add the backing plate to the thermostat so that it covers up imperfections in the surrounding sheet rock! We will definitely use SMSI's services again for any of our HVAC needs!

  A not so super great company. Definitely a place that you could go to to get your mechanical services done. It may just not be done right or on time. The machine shop was alright.
