This was a big project, so I was grateful the purchasing process was low-stress. We knew exactly when the crew would be at the house and when they were delayed due to weather. There were no surprises or phone tag to figure out when work would be completed. We waited at least a year (3?) longer than we should have to get the siding replaced, so I anticipated that there would be some surprises and was prepared for some cost overruns. I am happy to say this didn't happen, other than an add-on we made for aesthetics that was not part of the original estimate.
