Scott came on-time and couldn't find the problem. He told me he would return with the owner (Chris) to help him with finding the problem. The next day both Scott and Chris came out and worked together to find the problem and solution. As a business owner I can appreciate the attention to detail. They are the best plumbing company I have ever worked with in 40 years of using plumbers at my home. Their customer service, expertise and work quality are outstanding. Super friendly people who work there. They installed an exterior gas shut off valve, brought the hot water tank up to code, repaired bathtub drains, removed a tub surround and installed a new shower insert. They went the extra mile with the city of Commerce to submit all the paperwork related to the gas shut off valve. Commerce made it difficult, but Showtime was there to navigate the city's burdensome bureaucracy requirements. Special shout out to DJ and Eric who made the trips to our home and who did the work!
