Although there was some delay in scheduling due to the availability of the lift, my appointment have to reschedule twice, but the outcome was great with satisfaction. The entire team including Milton, Evan, Jack, Cody and Ross, worked hard for a whole day to complete the installation. The chandelier weighing more than 50 ibs, it can not be mounted alone. The staff tried multiple times with one ladder and lift initially, it didn't work, and then decided to use two ladders with lift, and finally successfully mount it. They were doing everything carefully, including assembling the glass shades, one by one, total 18 glasses, remove ladders and lift, clean up.
