The whole process was becoming expensive, protracted, and the problem remained unsolved. We were not happy with that encounter. On the other hand, Nick stuck with us and was determined to solve the problem. He was able to find the faulty wire by following my husband's suggestions as to where the fault might be located and made appropriate repairs. I especially appreciate Nick's respect of our property. He also was very easy to work with and always cleaned up and put back things the way they were after he finished his work. We thank him for his dedication and fairness in taking care of our concerns.
