Elizabeth was the main person I worked with over the phone and by email, and she has been excellent. She’s always responsive, clear, and helpful when setting everything up, including explaining the monthly payment plan, which has been great and very convenient. The technicians, Kelon and Giovanni, have done an excellent job. They are professional, punctual, and take the time to explain what they’re doing. They also come every season for tune-ups, checking both the heating and cooling systems, which gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing everything is running properly year-round. Overall, great service, fair pricing, flexible payment options, and strong communication. She provides constant updates and makes sure to keep customers informed on the status of their request, scheduling, when a technician will arrive ect. Kelon (Serveway Technitian) is professional, he is also an excellent communicator in being able to explain what the issues are, and what the solution is. You can tell this is a company that is transparent, and honest. They are not trying to sell you anything, they really do give an honest assessment, provide solutions and let you as the customer make the final decision.
