The technicians are inexperienced, lacking the basic knowledge and equipment to do their jobs while pretending to be professionals. They broke a PVC pipe in my pump chamber, didn't fess up to it - I found it myself, left me with a broken pump saying "all done!", and tried to charge me for it. After the system was installed by SepticPro we stayed with them. Though it took some time for them to come out (we were in not hurry) they kept us well inform on the timing. When the day came for our pumping I requested afternoon, NO PROBLEM. The Tech explained our new system and was well informed. Steve was very responsive to the problem that developed and we worked out a great solution .Today , the day before Thanksgiving !!! they returned ,worked many hrs and solved my problem.
