I decided to replace it. That Thursday, a salesman, Jamey, came by and gave me a written quote for systems from American Standard, Payne & Bryant. The prices were reasonable and Jamey was able to answer all of my questions. I chose an American Standard high efficiency furnace and it was installed the next day (Friday) by Blake & Andre. They showed up promptly at 8:00 am and had the old system removed and the new one installed and tested by 3:00 pm. Blake & Andre were polite, professional and answered all my questions. They disposed of the old system and did a nice job with cleanup. My entire experience with everyone at Sears Heating & Cooling (including the office Manager Carly) was fantastic.
