The technician, Cole was great. He worked quickly and explained everything very well after he finished. While he couldn't find the exact cause, he was able to wiggle some wires and get it going again. He performed a very thorough diagnostic and provided some very useful info/details and left his card so we could discuss and get back to him about the route we wanted to take. (Hence why Schaals get some stars in my review.) There were a lot of overwhelming problems/safety issues that he found so we decided it would be a better investment to get a brand new furnace. We called the technicians number that was on his business card to get a quote, and he never called back. We waited five days to hear back from him but ultimately ended up reaching out to Golden Rule and they were able to get us set up with a brand new furnace/AC combo the next day!
