  Alex from Sav service was very efficient and friendly. He did not oversell but pointed out issues with water heater that has to be fixed in long run , but can fix the heater to work for now. I appreciate the transperancy

  Mr. Sav is prompt, professional and very kind.  I called him at a recommendation from a friend over my water heater, and not only he offered to come that afternoon but he gave me a huge discount.  He said it would take three hours and it finished in 1.5!  He walked me through the new water heater and also gave me tips how to maximize the warrantee.  Highly recommend!

  Alex came out the same afternoon I called and replaced my leaking water heater. Very straightforward, easy to work with, communicated well and did a great job. Not to mention that he worked late on a Friday! Highly recommended.

  Alex was great. Professional and recommended best options for the work he performed. There is always that  rework and other obstacles in any type of home improvement that home owners don't see and Alex took care of it with no hesitation or added cost. The value of work and trade is what one puts into it and if a customer is happy with a service and product that goes a long way. Customer experience was great from beginning to end. One can see when a person has been doing what he does for a long time and doing it right! Time management, quality and fairness!
