Excellent company & customer service. We had the great privilege of working with Jack & Benji, two highly skilled technicians from San Isabel Electric. Jeff did an amazing job helping us troubleshoot over the phone with our ETS heating system when we were without heat. Then he & Benji came out to troubleshoot all the issues and repair them all. Over all, we were very impressed that they were so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and a true pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

The electricians working with San Isabel Electric deserve a shout out for being kind, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to speak to/receive help from. Robert and his crew have been so helpful to me and my family. Every time I speak to Robert or meet members of his team I feel comfortable and it feels like they make us a priority. I overheard one of his team members asking my 2 boys if it was okay for him to enter their room while working on adding an outlet for our water heater. I‘m a behavior analyst and work with children with disabilities, and I can say many of my colleagues don’t even provide that opportunity for assent/consent towards the children we work with and shows the integrity Robert‘s team holds as a value. I can’t explain how appreciative I am towards them for everything and I’m sorry my driveway is so steep!

level 2 charger at PW Library has been broken for years. It is no longer supported by Charge Point. Needs a $70,000 upgrade/replacement apparently. Who will pay this? Ideas?

This is by far the BEST utility service that I have ever done business with. In 11 years I have only experienced a couple very short outages. Ralph and Naomi specifically, are fantastic human beings that have been nothing but courteous and helpful to me when I have asked for assistance outside the scope of routine operations. They take time to explain things in ways I can easily understand.

The power line to my house was cut today by a plumber so San Isabel had to come fix it. They were extremely unprepared even though they knew what they were dealing with, they left 3 times to get more materials. My 1 year old, my dog and I couldn’t be at our house all day today because it didn’t have power and it’s too hot. I have no where else to go so I had to drive around and sit in my car and at my neighbors house all day while they took their time. Finally after 7 hours of them working I asked if they were getting close, when I hadn’t said one word to them yet, and these men were so rude to me. We asked when our power would be turned back on and one of them laughs and goes we will turn it on tomorrow afternoon if you don’t back off. I then said I would cry if we didn’t get it until tomorrow because I have no where else to go. And he was like well you’re bitching to the wrong people about crying we have families and other things we want to be doing too I don’t want to be here(like as if this isn’t their job) and I said I understand that, but when you have no where else to go and the house is too hot for your baby it’s frustrating and he told me to put my baby in the car and drive around. Like really, drive my baby around for 8 hours? Ridiculous. I cannot believe how rude they were and I will definitely be calling tomorrow to speak with someone about this situation because I didn’t deserve to be treated that way just for trying to see if I could go back home after 8 hours. They got our power back up and running which I appreciate so I will give them a couple stars for that but for how long it took because they were so unprepared and how rude those men were, they really don’t deserve any stars.
