Washer needed an adjustment after Chris was here and he came back the next day (on his day off) to correct. Only thing negative is that "Same Day" didn't apply, it took three days for Chris to actually come to evaluate problem after I called office. - 1/5 — Anonymous This vendor was assigned by my property management company, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Customer service told me the earliest appointment was a week out and gave me a 1:00-5:00 PM service window. I clearly explained that I don't get home until after 3:00 PM, so that window did not work. I was then told a technician would still come during that window, and if I wasn't home, I'd be charged a rescheduling fee. Completely unreasonable. I repeatedly told them I would not be home before 3:00 and would not pay a fee for their scheduling issue. They ignored this and scheduled the appointment anyway. On the service day, the technician showed up at 1:39 PM, exactly when I said I wouldn't be home. I received a call, told them again I couldn't be there until after 3:00, and was told they couldn't come back and I'd have to reschedule. No flexibility, no accountability, no effort to accommodate. If you work a normal job and can't sit around all day waiting for a vague service window, avoid this company. To make it worse, they also don't offer weekend appointments. Poor communication and worse customer service. - 1/5 — Anonymous Washer reported broken 1/8/26. Part wasn’t acquired until 2 weeks later, but wait they have the wrong part and nobody checked before dispatch. Correct part not ordered and installed until 2/18/26. For an appliance we pay for. And now the dryer is broken. - 1/5 — Anonymous ANSA ELECTRICAL COMPANY INC dba SAMEDAY APPLIANCE REPAIR & ELECTRICAL SERVICES evaluated a gas stove that was creating a smell of gas when turned on and causing black stoop on pans.
