I called Sam's Appliance the morning of the day my new tenant was scheduled to move in as my refrigerator stopped working the night before. He was able to come out within 5 hours of the call, worked around my disability, and provided a diagnostic of the refrigerator. Not only was his fee extremely reasonable for his service, he did not try to push me into any purchases. Simply provided a thorough explanation, including pictures, and his professional opinion.
