After receiving an extremely high bid from another contractor, Johnny came in with a very reasonable estimate and was able to get started on our bathroom repair/restoration project right away. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and incredibly professional from start to finish. This project involved restoration work after mitigation, and Johnny even went above and beyond by offering to help us dispute an overcharge from the mitigation company after water damage, which is something most contractors wouldn’t take the time to do.
