I got 3 holes cut out in the ceiling because they will not look at the problem first; they cut holes to find the issue, so an 8 dollar job cost me 316.00 plus whatever it cost me to replace the ceiling they cut up . I did speak with the owner, who said that is usually their first route is to cut holes first, so please save yourself the money and use someone else - 1/5 — Anonymous I had a terrible experience with their service! The technician arrived an hour late and was very unprofessional and rude. He didn’t follow proper service protocols and admitted he didn’t know how to fix the urinal tool. After charging us around $500 to fix a small leak and other issues, I learned my lesson the hard way. Used them once before to fix a stopped up sewer pipe, and again they did a superb job.
