Art told me that he really enjoys his work, and it is very satisfying when he can help resolve issues for customers, and that truly showed today. I am never at a loss for words, but I can’t begin to tell you what a great job he did today, and today involved a lot of hard work. In addition, *Mike N and Justin arrived a few hours into the job to replace a key piece of cast iron that sits between the toilet and the main line. I had no idea how many aspects there were to that piece of the job, and Mike and Justin also exceeded my expectation in every way. Mike and Justin were equally friendly and knowledgeable, and told me they also really enjoy their work and find it very rewarding to help solve customer’s plumbing issues. These gentlemen didn’t miss any details and at the end, didn’t rush out, but thoroughly cleaned the job site, and put everything away for me. Starting with Nick who came out to check out the problem and give us an estimate to Dennis and Robbie who came to our home and did a phenomenal job.
