There were no problems, and the price of all the electrical work was the same as the estimate. Before the installation date, the owner visited the property again to confirm our contract. Despite changing what I wanted before the installation date, the owner showed patience, understanding, and professionalism. And yes, in the month previous to the installation date, I changed the work order. There was a hold on the shipment due to the tariff uncertainty in the air after I had ordered the fans. I nervously checked with the company when I hadn’t received the lights and fans I ordered from another distributor. I panicked because I thought I would be charged the amount on the contract even if the product was not available. Jillian of RX Electric took my call and assured me everything would be fine. Well, thing s worked out the shipment arrived the week before the installation date. The day before the install the company contacted me as a friendly reminder. The owner, Robert and assistant, Joe came on time , completed the work , cleaned up and discarded the old items , they even vacuumed. They were so quiet and on task I was pleased with their customer service and work. I took a chance on RXElectric and I’m glad I did. They changed our dated 20-year-old lights to LED.
