They explained the process thoroughly and I just had too trust the process and be flexible with scheduling and undersatand that I was not thier only customer/client. They ensured my needs were important and a priority as they worked my restoration with local Restoration team in Augusta Ga., into thier scheduling, which was most impressive to me. They evaluated the size of the job that needed to be done and coordinated with each service within thier company to ensure each service (water mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, plastering and painting) was handled with expertise. They also worked with me and my insurance company. All i had to do was be patient, understand the process and let the various very skilled technicians for each task do thier job.
