I called Royal Tech who had been recommended to me by a friend at 9 am, they promised to be on-site by 3 pm that day. They actually showed up at 11:30 am asking me beforehand if the time was convenient for me. Within 10 mn they identified that my Tankless water heater was "dead" and needed to be replaced. They checked for units on stock that fulfilled my requirements, and found one. After picking the new unit, they were back at my house by 3 pm, installed the new unit which required some plumbing work and left the site with a unit working perfectly and the site spotless by 7:30 pm. Douglas and his assistant were simply amazing, very knowledgeable, diligent, and super efficient. The service provided by Royal Tech Plumbing was simply astounding and I recommend them highly. In this case, it was a really terrific experience with royal tech. I called around to six or seven different providers to check quotes on getting my Navien tankless water heater serviced, and the majority would not give me a quote, or seemed quite high. Royal tech gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable so I arranged for an appointment. The techs really seemed to know what they were doing, and explained several things to me about the original installation that were causing the device to function a bit sub optimally, which in hindsight makes perfect sense.
