Rowells gave a competitive price. I appreciate the quick professional service. Fantastic job. I was impressed start to finish. - 5/5 — Anonymous I thought I had a septic pipe leak, but it was much more complicated. The pipe from the septic tank to the leach field froze in this record setting winter cold. This caused the septic fluid to back up to the tank, fill the tank, back to the junction in the crawl space and the resulting increased pressure caused that pipe to leak. Before the situation could be evaluated the tank had to be pumped. Rowell got a service tech without delay, dispite the fact we live a very remote area. They scoped the pipe to find the frozen section, but were unable to determine if it is a break or just some sand. They suggested a wait and see solution rather that a very costly repair. Hopefully the leach field will function for the next few months until we will connect to a scheduled updated new system in about three months. If the fluid does not seep through the sand, we can pump out the tank a couple times before the new system comes on line. I am very appreciative of the service, timeliness, and respect for my situation, to not just tell I had no other options than to replace the connection pipe at a minimum cost of $6500. And I can truly now day they are that they fulfill thier claims of capabilities on all services have received. In fact ...so much so that I just recommended them to my neighbor that has an emergency issue with a house full of visitors. I had recommended Rowells to them before they even had an issue the day the technician drove iout of my driveway after my very first service was fulfilled I was that satisfied with the overall service I had to share the experience. I guess I was that excited they remembered me stressing the satisfaction and just asked who it was that I now have for all of my needs as a homeowner!
