  I employed Rot Doctors, a division of Polley, after a friend recommended them. They repaired the foundation at the front of my home, added appropriate drainage, reinforced the wooden structure of this old house, replaced the vinyl siding, and added a very lovely front porch. The workers were polite, consistent, and ever ready to discuss the day's project with me. When workers inadvertently cut water and power lines, the company was very reachable and promptly fixed the problems. I am very happy with the results and do not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

  Very satisfied with Polli Rot Docs work that was done.  The team of David, Bo, and Rob were excellent carpenters, and very reliable.  Advice regarding future work was greatly appreciated.  The Polli system of working with a construction advocate, David DuPrat, and estimator, Mark Bickelman was efficient; communication and follow up were excellent.

  Excellent service, easy to work with. I had more issues with my old shed, which changed job but they were great about doing an about face of work being needed. Even worked in this winter, which we have had milder weather. Every project that I needed done was completed in a timely manner. I knew that the final price would be more than some people would charge but was worth the quality and timely finish of each project.
