After trying the easy fixes without success, I called “Rooter Man”. The person who answered the call was helpful and offered to send out emergency service, but also informed me that it would be much less expensive if I could wait until Friday morning to have a plumber out to clear the clog. I opted to have service on Friday morning. At 9 am I received a call from the plumber and he arrives at 10am. Daniel arrived on time and was very polite, professional and helpful. He snaked the line and checked other possible causes of the clog. The clog was cleared quickly and I was satisfied with the service. The great thing about having Daniel as our plumber was that he offered me many suggestions of how to clear possible future clogs, so we wouldn’t have to call a plumber unless I couldn’t do it myself!! This was above and beyond what I would expect and besides having a clogged sink, the whole experience was very positive! I highly recommend “Rooter Man” for any of your plumbing issues and if you live in the South Lake Tahoe area, hopefully Daniel is working that day. Ralph walked me through a lot of things to diagnose the problem and eventually Daniel arrived to work on site with me. Daniel was patient, methodical and a great detective to uncover the issue.
