Got a young man who was polite but obviously inexperienced. Left the unit with an oil leak so not very happy. Fast forward two years. We experienced a failure with a part on the generator so called around for a replacement and it was like 16k (10k for installation?). Called Rod's and they sent out an experienced individual, very knowledgeable, fixed the part, made some valve adjustments, fixed the oil leak, did the yearly service and the generator runs great. Very happy with service. The price was reasonable at about 350 dollars. Person who answered the phone was polite and professional and the tech showed up in a day. Recommend that if you have new people send an experienced person with them to eliminate the first type of experience.
