I had a leak in one of my pipes and the leak was seeping through my wall due to a leak connected to my toilet. I was surprised, pleased & relieved they were able to have a technician stop by to do a diagnostic the day I called. The cost of the diagnostic is fairly priced. The technician Jordan Cove did a precise diagnostic on the problem I had with my toilet & the leak. After the diagnosis I was able to pay to fix the problem the following week. Robinson Plumbing's prices are very fair and affordable. Jordan Cove the technician and the people answering the phones has great hospitality, they were patient answering all my questions I had regarding the plumbing problem. Jordan is very kind, punctual, well mannered & professional. Excellent customer service all around. I am so relieved there is no more leaking through my wall or anywhere else and the new toilet he installed is working very well. I also appreciate the products he recommended to help me take care & maintain my septic tank. Thank you! You guys are the best! This was the 2nd emergency repair on our old home made by Robinson over the past several years. Their Service Tech explained everything prior to starting so we understood what needed to be done and the total cost. They laid down mats to catch all the debris as they had to cut through drywall to make the repair. They cleaned up when done and left no trace of the work except the drywall opening that we will patch. So very please and appreciative of their reasonable pricing. I appreciated the notification text with picture of the Service Tech that was on his way so we knew who to expect. The Service Tech, Sean, also checked other water valves in the household (as well as our Washing Machine hoses) for us to be sure nothing else was leaking at no charge.
