They are professional, kind, understanding, and timely. As an example, just this morning we woke up and found that the furnace wasn't turning over. I called RJ energy and was assured that they would be out this morning to check it out. They were short staffed, and sent the owner himself to come and help within an hour of my phone call. When my family followed up to get the rebate after the install, the response from the company was rude and inconsiderate. This company is taking advantage by stealing your rebate. We called several plumbers to get someone out and were told they were too booked. We were desperate to get help with no hot water, two small kids who have been sick and full time working parents with no plumbing experience. Next day they sent Graydon out to take a look and he fixed and explained the issue clearly and quickly. He was very nice and fixed the issue quickly. Very fairly priced and trustworthy.
