Chad had to fix a handyman’s work of misaligning the p-trap after I had a new vanity countertop installed. He also found the shut-off valves slowly leaking - which the handyman did not inform me of. Chad installed a new p-trap and shut-off valves in bathroom vanity and kitchen too for preventative measures. Sure glad this was done! All the valve seals were disintegrated.
