They were fast and quick to get a quote for some new work. We got scheduled in a timely manner. We had electrical work to a shed and he was able to install the outlets and light without any issues and gave us a good suggestion of adding an outdoor outlet for projects. Both the front desk and Jason were super nice to work with too! Jerry was able to come out quickly and provide a quote same day which was competitive with other quotes we had received, and based on doing work with them previously, we got them scheduled! Jason was on time and made sure to explain what he would be doing and the workflow, although unfortunately when looking at the work noted we had been underquoted - and by almost half! I appreciate Right Electrical standing by their original quote and not adding on costs same day as the original quote was already in line with other quotes we had received. All in all, we are happy with the work Jason did, and also appreciate his flexibility to our request to keep the outlet covers as sleek as possible on the side of the house! I wanted to upgrade my main breaker from 125A to 200A for a new water heater, EV charger, and electric emergency heat. Jason with Right Electrical suggested adding a combination breaker/meter base outside as a way to avoid a full panel upgrade, and if was much cheaper that way, and just as functional. They were also able to get me on the schedule just a week later so that I could get the work done before the tax credits expired. Jerry showed up to do the work, and had all of it in place quickly and as discussed. It all got inspected by the city and there were no issues. The best contractor experience ever I have to say (and owning homes over 30 years I have worked with many contractors for plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Let me highlight the following: 1. Professional, Professional, Professional!!! An actual written quote, very clear and concise in layman's terms, with pricing breakdowns of labor, parts, material, and taxes....not just a dollar amount texted to me like a couple other quotes I received from other electrical companies. 2. Easy, Easy, Easy!!! From the first call, Right Electric texted me with brief, easy to understanding information with directions!!! Their quote includes what you need to do as the home owner (calling Duke and what specific number to call them to shut off electricity at the street) and information that they would call the inspector after work and that the inspector would call Duke to turn the electricity at the street back on. They made the entire process including billing so simple and easy! 3. Jerry! Boom! Jerry did an exceptional job! He was on time and clearly articulated what steps would happen, timeframes, and what I could expect from Duke Energy and the county inspector. His quote was super fast and so crisp! Jerry was very professional and did an exceptional job. He even had to go to Lowe's for some wood to do a little carpentry after finding the wood panel behind the electrical panel was completely rotted out - he replaced it. (Not too many electricians willing to do carpentry!) I do not typically write reviews unless a completely horrible experience or a completely stellar experience. This I am happy to say was completely stellar! (Not to mention their pricing was very competitive and the best I received!) I'll go to Right Electric for any electrical needs in the future thanks to Jerry and the staff on the other end of the phone and computer!
