Tyler & Joe advised they would have to order the assembly parts as they weren’t readily available. After a few days they returned after I was informed parts are in. They promptly repaired and replace everything for a fair price. Everyone from the office staff to Tyler & Joe, was professional, empathetic, patient and kept me informed every step of the way. They sent Rodney the same day who stayed til 1:30am to get this clog out, and he did. However there seemed to be another bigger issue deeper into the pipe as the kitchen sink got clogged again within 24 hours. Rodney immediately sent over Mike F. the following morning at 10am who came with Carmine & Kevin. Mike reassured me that he’s going to handle this for good and the other clog will not come up again. He gave me the game plan and fully resolved the entire issue within 2 hours without charging me since this was our second call within 24 hrs. I mean if that’s not top tier customer service then I don’t know what is. Richmond Plumbing has me and my wife as customers for LIFE. The employees there are so friendly, kind and understanding.
