The tech who's suppose to do the estimate not even knock the door, I have the RING system connect to my cellphone, he called me, but I'm at work busy with my students, I even make my wife take out of his work and she was inside my house waiting, I contacted him back on my break 15 minutes later, and the only answer he gives me was, " you need to re-schedule, I already have another estimate to do.", and hang out.
