RH was recommended to me by the plumber who came out. They called right away and sent someone over within a couple of hours. Felipe, my project manager, is great. He came and assessed the situation and put a remediation plan in place for me thru my home owners insurance. He is always available by text and returns phone calls promptly. This has been very stressful for me (and my cats) and Felipe has been extremely kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. The demo team, Alex and Guillermo, were great. They were at my house for 3 days removing everything that was damaged. They made everything extremely convenient for me, even allowing me continued access to portions of my kitchen around the containment area. They were friendly, professional and very careful with my things. I like that RH also has a reconstruction department which can install the new flooring. It’s a one stop shop! I believe I’m getting way better service and communication with RH than I would with one of those large national companies. They have made a stressful situation less so, for me and the cats.
