Due to his professionalism we decided to move forward with the installation on a new High Efficiency system. Within a few hours they had everything installed. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the burner out of the box but Nick sent out their service tech to adjust it. It didn't work well, it kept shutting off. They sent a tech out at 9pm to repair it! The tech did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and inspecting the components, but unfortunately it had to be replaced, but I had heat for the night! The next morning, the crew showed up with the installation manager and swapped the burner out and everything worked flawlessly!
