We have a 1965 Clairemont home with old copper pipes and had a slab leak. Several leak detection companies indicated we needed to repipe the house. We called Alex and Rudy from Repipe On Time along with several other companies to quote the full house repipe job. They were very responsive, provided a very reasonable quote, and were available quickly. They also included all the drywall repairs (excluding painting) which many other companies did not offer. Overall, they were the best quote and we could not be happier with their work. We've had many contractors do work for us and these guys were among the very best we've ever worked with.

What it's like to work with them: got started very quickly after signing the contract, covered everything, worked continuously and long hours, were communicative every time things came up, provided useful recommendations/consultation (we added a water heater pump that has radically improved how fast we get hot water throughout the house), addressed all our concerns and questions, stayed within the agreed upon quote, promptly addressed some issues that came up, and MOST IMPORTANTLY they performed a quality and comprehensive repiping to every fixture with new copper and then repaired the drywall to point at which you cannot tell they were there. I have already recommended them to everyone if they ever need to repipe. I can't imagine how someone could get better service for a repipe job then Rudy and Alex.

Photos attached show various steps of the process. Some of the photos are just of walls with no evidence of repiping which is the finished product after the finished drywall and painting. You can't tell at the end where the cuts were performed.

We needed our condo repiped to remove calcium-clogged pipes and to install water treatment, leak detection, and a single shutoff valve. Our friends in the condo development recommended Radi Mintchev - Repipe on Time. Radi is wonderful: expert in plumbing, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He performed the work and ensured we understood what was being done, and consulted us on decisions and options. His charge was very reasonable for the intricate work. We are so glad that he did the work. We would recommend him without reservation.

After my insurance company said that I had to re-pipe my house or lose my coverage, a contractor told me he wouldn't even bid the job because it was too complex, but he recommended Radi – and I’m so glad he did. Radi was personable and knowledgeable, and promptly sent me a very reasonable quote.

Radi and his crew showed up on time and spent the first day systematically covering the floors and walls with protective plastic sheeting. The next day they got down to business, moving furniture, opening up walls and ceilings, and installing new high-grade copper pipes. They worked long and hard for several days, each day making sure I was updated on the job's progress. Several times, I was impressed at Radi and his crew's innovative solutions for some of the thorny plumbing obstacles my house presented. And Radi doesn't just supervise – he gets as dirty as the rest of the crew. These guys work together like a good-humored, well-oiled machine, and they finished a few days ahead of schedule.

When the building inspector arrived to approve the work before they closed up the walls, he made a point to tell me that Radi’s is the only company he carries business cards for in case he's asked for a recommendation. Then he showed me two examples of the extra care they take. Plastic insulators were installed on both sides of each 16-inch separated wall stud where pipes went through them, and he said they're only required to install them every four feet. And he pointed out that the pipes had been polished to minimize water noise. His enthusiasm about Radi’s integrity and results was striking and reaffirming.

Radi did his usual superb job replacing a toilet with a smart one in an upstairs bathroom. What should have taken two people he did by himself - and what a professional job! He is easy to work with and highly competent.

Two weeks ago we noticed bubbling on a downstairs bathroom wall and water exiting under the stucco on the side of the house. Once the wall was opened and the leak was stopped, we found that we had the dreaded Quest piping throughout the house. Quest was thought to be a great alternative to copper piping and was used throughout new home construction in the 70's and 80's until it was banned in 1995 due to its high failure rate. So we set out to obtain quotes to replace the piping.

Radi was our first contractor to visit and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. After four more contractors gave us bids it was clear that Radi was our best choice, both in terms of price as well as personality and a clear track record of satisfied customers.

I called him late last Monday to let him know that we'd like him to complete the job and he was at our house bright and early on Tuesday morning. Radi and his team made quick work of preparing our house (heavy paper taped and sealed on the floors, tarps throughout the hallways, and plastic covering the walls and separating the furniture from the workspace). The first day was a mad rush of prep and opening the walls and drilling holes. The second day the team continued by laying in all of our PEX B Zurn piping and hooking up one shower, two stools, and two sinks, and setting up our new water heater temporarily in the front of the garage so we'd have hot water that night. On the third day they completed all the connections and prepared all the wall penetrations for drywalling the next day. On Friday they completed all their preparations for closure while awaiting the building inspector. Once the inspection was completed they installed all the drywall in the house and most of the drywall in the garage and taped and mudded the patches before going home for the day. On Saturday the crew completed their drywall patching and then textured the walls and ceiling before installing the water heater in the corner of the garage.

I can't impress enought just how hard Radi's international team worked, and how late they worked, until 7 pm each night! In addition to Radi (Bulgarian), there was Dimitri, Slava, and Alex (Russian), and Todo (Macedonian) - a true international team! All the guys were friendly, respectful, and hard working. There wasn't a moment that they weren't working hard on getting the job done.

When Radi gave me his estimate he said that we wouldn't be able to tell that the walls had been opened, and he was right. Of course, I have to paint the walls so the new texturing is still visible, but the texturing is an exact match for the existing texture and after painting it won't look like the walls were opened.

Would I recommend Radi and his team? Absolutely! Would I pick him again from the contractors I interviewed? Absolutely! After having a couple of bad contracting experiences over the years I can speak from personal experience when I say that you can't go wrong picking Radi for your repiping!

## FAQ
**Q: What signs indicate my San Diego home needs professional repiping from Repipe On Time?**
A: Common signs include frequent pipe leaks, rust-colored water, low water pressure, pipes over 30 years old, metallic taste in water, or visible corrosion like green staining on exposed pipes. These indicate deteriorating galvanized steel or older copper lines that can lead to emergencies if not addressed. Schedule a free inspection with our specialists to assess and recommend PEX or copper repiping solutions.
