They spent over six hours on site and ultimately only replaced a single hose. During the process, they caused multiple electrical issues, which escalated to the point where the dishwasher could not even be powered on to test whether the repair worked. Their own service documentation notes that the unit was not tested and that they would need to return once the electrical issue was resolved. Because of the problems they caused, we had to hire a licensed electrician to correct the electrical damage, which cost us $800 out of pocket. Once the electrical issues were fixed and we attempted to use the dishwasher, it was still not working. When we contacted the company to return and complete the job, they told us they no longer service our area—this was only one week after their original visit.
