To be honest I was ready to give up on Reliable because of our first maintenance experience with them. In the Spring one of their maintenance techs came to service our A/C. He checked the air filter (which I had just replaced), opened one panel in our HVAC system and looked inside for about a minute, and he sprayed our condensor unit with water for a few minutes - all things I could have done. Maybe the tech was thinking that since our house was only a year old it didn't need much attention. Maybe it was the fact that our appointment was late on a Friday afternoon, but he was in and out quickly. I wasn't impressed. The only reason I had Reliable come back in the Fall to do maintenance was that we had already paid for a year of maintenance. This time we hit the jackpot! Diego Hernandez was our maintenance technician this time and he is spectacular! He checked EVERYTHING! He explained what he was doing and was very competent and knowledgeable. He fine tuned our furnace for optimum performance and made sure everything was within proper tolerances.
