The ROS team did a great job on our patio project. It transformed our indoor/outdoor living space. You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Their work is excellent. They are skilled, diligent, and go out of their way to make sure the project is exactly what you imagined it to be. We found out after that the original contractor under-built the framing and the construction was so poor that a licensed structural engineer suggested we not walk on it. ROS came out and rebuilt the weak portions of the deck and then completed the job with cable railing, skirting, and lighting. Everything looks professionally executed. And, the family crew (brothers and cousins) were professional and considerate.
