I wasn't sure about what was causing it, so I called Redhawk and they were able to come out in a little over a week to check it out. The guys were on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, it was the timer. Simple fix, swapped out the timer ($60), buttoned everything up, paid the bill, and left in about 15 minutes. I even got a military discount. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the $200 I paid for the 15 minutes they were there. I was happy to have it fixed but I was unaware, and was not told at the time of the appointment, how much it would cost me, even though there was no major repairs to be done. I want to be clear, the gentlemen that came out were great and were very professional. This is a reminder to always ask what the up front fee will be before having someone come out. Shame on me.
