During the course of the project they discovered a small leak coming down into the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom and fully discussed the problem with us, then performed repairs for that issue, thereby alleviating future problems. Despite encountering the ceiling issue and a problem with the baseboard radiator, along with assisting on other minor household repairs, they remained on time with very reasonable modifications from the initial quote. They schedule a start time each day and are there on time to the minute. Their workmanship was excellent and we are very satisfied with the results.
