  When we had our water heater go out, RCI was quick to respond, and when it was discovered that the previous plumber hadn’t installed our unit up to code, they walked me through options and got us set up with a tankless heater that was up to code and safer. They were quick to answer any questions and concerns and never left me hanging. I had used them before for other repairs and upgrades, and every time they have been professional and a pleasure to work with.

  RCI responded quickly to a need with a leaky toilet at our church building.  Thought they had it repaired, but when it was found leaking again they came right out and made the complete repair!

  RCI is an excellent company. I had a leak in a pipe. It was under my hot water heater and it was very difficult to reach it because there were several other pipes under the hot water heater. One plumber had tried to Fix the pipe. He tried five different times. I knew I needed help. RCI worked me in. I appreciated their help deeply. Their workmen came and listened to the problem that I was having. Then he decided he would use different piping and a different way of attaching it. He also discovered that I needed a water pressure valve And helped clear my Kitchen faucet that had gotten debris in it from when the water was cut off. RCI is a qualified dependable, and reliable company.
