Added a full concrete driveway, 15x30 Rv pad on the backside, and 12x32 patio off the back of the house completed the project! Long story short, I met with RBC before I was really ready to commit and ended up getting talked into a aluminum patio cover with a different company (which I quickly regretted after learning more about the aluminum company and got my deposit back). When I called RBC back, their sales rep come over at least half a dozen times to make sure all of my questions were 100% answered. My home came with an existing 10x20 covered patio and we wanted to extend each side across the entire house with another 10x22 and 10x25 cover. I am normally not a 'needy' person but this patio extension was a huge investment for me and I wanted to be absolutely sure I was getting what I wanted. RBC even matched my brickwork from the front of the house (from the builder) to their new back posts. In addition to the patio cover, I ran into a snafu with a concrete guy and RBC came to the rescue with their own concrete. This company is the most courtesy and professional that I have dealt with since moving to Idaho. From the salesmen with his "yes ma'am", to their family member crews' "yes ma'am"... to the framers, electricians, roofers and more, their positive attitudes and demeanors made this project actually fun! Since the completion of my extension, people drive by and comment on it and several have asked to come see it up close. I've referred multiple people and saw their team working on the house around the corner from me too! Again, hands down the most professional team who were most importantly ON TIME and when they said they would be here, they were!!! Communication was fab!
