  Best carpenter around. Did exactly what I wanted and turned out better then I thought it would. Had his helper Oscar helping and was done quickly and a great price.   We recently hired Ray Pensiero for a custom water tank replacement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Ray not only replaced the tank, but also installed all-new water shut-off valves we never had before—an upgrade that made a huge difference. He also installed a main water line filtration system that removes sediment from the city water, and it’s been working great.

Ray’s craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. The project was well worth the investment, and we highly recommend him.

  I called Raymond to replace an old A/C unit in the kitchen with a new 25000 btu A/C wall unit. Of course the new unit was slightly bigger than the old unit so he had to enlarge the opening and reset the trim on the inside and outside of the house and seal it.
Got it done! Raymond was professional and cleaned everything up as if nothing happened!
Totally satisfied. I will call him back for other projects.
