He was extremely professional, knowledgable and just overall pleasant. He pumped and treated my cesspool. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was amazed with how fair the prices were…I for sure thought this job was going to cost way more than it did. - 1/5 — Anonymous Would not recommend. We had the company out about 2 weeks ago because of a small leak we had under the kitchen sink. They came out the same or next day to look at it. Everything looked fine, price was the price (I’ve seen reviews complaining about the price, but you get the quote, so you know what your cost is going to be, so i don't understand those complaints), & later that day had left for a trip for a few days. Come home a few days later to most of the kitchen floor with water & a steady stream of water coming from one of the hoses. Floor was worse than what we originally called them for. Had someone come out again the next day to find that the hose that was leaking had a bad rubber washer, that probably had disintegrated a bit after being connected for a long period of time & when it was reattached, the seal could have been broken, causing the steady stream of water. Even the second tech said we should have been told about that possibility when the work was first done. So initially, everything looked fine when they first did the work, but coming home to a much worse problem that what we called them for… we will not be using this company again or recommending it to anyone. I would definitely call and ask for Connor again. I couldn’t believe the determination this man had. You have a customer for life.
