I made an appointment with Ray Brown Electric, and the owner, Chris, came out. He was prompt and courteous. He got his estimate to me later that day. They properly wore masks and maintained social distancing. They installed our dining room chandelier and confirmed the height with me prior to installing. After the installation and they had already left, I changed my mind about the height and wanted it to be lowered 2 inches. They offered to come in again and adjust the height without a fee. I received their service twice so far and happy to have found a trusty electrician. Response time from the initial call was excellent. All the work was completed perfectly in one day. Follow up visit was required and was addressed promptly and issue resolved the same day. The owner Chris did the initial call and explained all work to me in full detail and did the follow up visit which turned out to be a generator issues which he also resolved promptly. He went above and beyond to make sure my system was running correctly!
