He replaced a light switch and outlet. He also installed new smoke detectors, replacing the pigtail (electrical connection), mount and used the batteries I gave him instead of the generic ones included. He also did some adjustments to a light fixture and a second outlet that were installed not straight. He took less time than I expected. He was done with everything in about 90 minutes. He tested every smoke detector after installing them. We previously used one of these electrical and plumbing companies but we were not happy. I'm so glad we found Raleigh Electric. I got quotes from 4 other companies, all about $800-1200 for the same work. Electrician Josh Hatley quickly identified that we had experienced a major power surge and we should contact our power company immediately.
