He is a true professional that takes pride in everything that he does and the job was very smooth as well as a good value for the scope of work. In a world full of contractors who overpromise and underdeliver, it was refreshing to deal with a reliable outfit and with someone who knows exactly what they're doing. The work was very clean, high quality and everything passed the inspection with flying colors. The GM, Kelly was very responsive and easy to work with. Like an email or phone call wasn’t enough ! I reached out to a provider myself and got it all done in 5 days. When I left voicemail and emailed R&L to tell them I was unhappy and wanted to cancel service, they cancelled but didn’t even bother to give me a call. And R&L just takes care of everything behind the scenes. They just do whatever routine tasks are needed and nothing in my HOME has ever failed.
