Not good. I called several roofing companies - Miles at R E was the only one who returned my call. Then, he had a crew out to my house in less than four hours. They diagnosed and repaired the roof and skylight in less than two hours. Today, another atmospheric river storm is blowing through the area. No leaks. Many thanks to R E Roofing for their outstanding customer service and quality of work. - 5/5 — Anonymous Miles first came to my house and gave me his opinion that I did not need a new roof and to stick with my spanish tile roof. No need to spend $40K+ on a new roof. I was so impressed with him, that I asked him to have someone come out for a maintenance check. Salvadore arrived, took many photos after going on the roof (drones don't get that detail), and also went inside my attic to check for leaks. He outlined what needed to be done, Miles and I agreed on the estimate, and Salvadore did a very thorough professional job including closing an outdated sky tube light, vacuuming, cleaning, and repairing and sealing around the other skylights, and replacing broken tiles. Once for replacing old skylights and second time for replacing the entire roof with shingles and integrated solar. Both times, working with Miles and his crew was great experience. Miles is very good at listening to customer concerns and coming up with solutions that are agreeable to all parties. Our second project was a bit more complicated with another GC involved in reframing the roof for new skylights, so a lot of coordination was required. Miles worked with the GC to figure out the best path forward. Due to several projects in the mix, I saw less of Miles during my second project than before, which occasionally caused some communication challenges with the crew, but things were still addressed to our satisfaction.
