Joseph Varela did a fantastic job and was conscious of the fact that we were paying for a weekend call and worked, therefore, as fast as he could - the job was perfect! We were extremely grateful! He quickly identified the issue with our shower drain and fixed it within an hour. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I was very impressed by this. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining, happened once, but we were concerned about trying to use it to see if it just needed to drain and leak everywhere. The technician was polite and knowledgeable and explained to me what to do if that ever did happen. He couldn’t find an issue but ran it to be sure all was well. He stayed until it had finished, about 20 minutes, and explained that if this happens again, same issue, there wouldn’t be a diagnostic fee as the $99 would go toward any work done. I love the company’s honesty and straightforward policy. I would HIGHLY recommend Quality Plumbing!!! The truth is in the name!! Something that doesn’t always feel true these days. - 1/5 — Anonymous I waited a while to submit this to ensure I didn't wrongfully disparage a local business. I contacted quality plumbing and drain to repair my water softener since the big water softener company was booked out 3 weeks. Qualities "quoted" service charges ($99) was less than the big company. But low and behold as they were leaving and I was paying, they informed me of a $45 "fuel surcharge" - The team showed up on time. - They came prepared to "replace" my softener when i was looking to get it repaired. They ran my system through cycles but couldn't determine what the problem was. The proceeded to open "bypass" and said that was the problem. They claimed That should be left open all the time. I know now the crew doesn't have working knowledge of softeners. This is based on words from big company softener repair person. He knew in 15 seconds of seeing salt residue on floor what the problem was. He quickly fixed the issue. The moral of story: it cost me more money, and considerably more time to have simple repair completed. Im sure quality plumbing and drain are good plumbers but would NOT recommend for water softener repair - 5/5 — Anonymous We had a great experience with Quailty Plumbing and Drain.
